What it is
Real Agent Marketing gives an Australian real estate agent a personal brand they own:
- A website on their own domain, written from a ten-minute brief and set up to rank when vendors search their name.
- A digital business card that buyers scan at open homes. It saves the agent’s number and sends people to the agent’s own site, not a portal.
- A domain, searched for and registered inside the platform.
The site can be co-branded with the agent’s agency or entirely their own. There’s a free plan (the card and a one-page profile), and paid plans from A$49 a month for the full website and domain. Sign-ups are open through a waitlist.
The gap
The established website and marketing tools in Australia are sold to agency principals as part of a CRM contract, so the agency owns the site, the listings feed and the social history. When an agent moves agency, they lose all of it. Overseas tools are expensive and built around US property data. No one offered an individual Australian agent a website, card and domain together at a self-serve price.
What I built
For agents
- Step-by-step onboarding: registered details, a licence check, the agency, then the brief (services, suburbs, proof points, voice and look).
- Licence numbers checked against the state registers, starting with NSW Fair Trading, then the ACT and Tasmania. ABNs are checked too.
- Claude writes the website copy from the brief into a fixed set of page sections, so the design can’t break. The agent previews it and approves or edits each section.
- Google sign-in, which also connects the agent’s Search Console and Analytics so they can see how they’re ranking.
- Listings, enquiries, domain search and purchase, and Stripe billing with GST tax invoices.
For running it
- An admin area for invites and the waitlist, plans and prices, integrations, and the publisher.
How it’s built
It runs entirely on Cloudflare. The platform is an Astro app on Workers, with D1, R2 and KV for data and files. Each agent’s site is built as static HTML in a Cloudflare Container, then published as its own Worker, so agent sites stay up even if the platform is down. Agents’ own domains are connected automatically through Cloudflare for SaaS. Pushes to main deploy all of it through GitHub Actions.
What’s next
Suburb guides, market articles and AI-drafted social posts that the agent approves before they go out. Listings will also come from the agent’s CRM, so they stay up to date without anyone re-entering them.
Why it matters for your business
This is the go-to-market work I do for clients, applied to my own product: find a segment the incumbents underserve, price it so the buyer can say yes on their own, and build the whole journey from first visit to paid plan. It’s also an example of what one person can now build with AI, from the first brief to a live, multi-tenant platform. If you’re working out where AI fits in your business, this is what it looks like in practice.
